Former King Faisal coach Steve Pollack has agreed to join Glo Premier League side Bechem Chelsea as their technical director, the club confirmed on Wednesday.
The Brit is expected to arrive in the country before the end of the year to take over the technical responsibilities.
Pollack left Faisal after guiding them to a fourth place finish in the league last term.
He faces a huge task of stabilizing the club's chequered performances in the league this season.
Chelsea Chief Executive Nana Kwame Nketia told Ghanasocceret.com:"I can confirm that we have finished negotiations with Pollack ad hopefully he joinn us by the close of December."
"We believe he has enough credentials and if you look at what he did with King Faisal, we are convinced he can help us do well in the league.
"He has been appointed as he technical director of the club and barring any unforseen circumstances, he should get down to business as soon as possible."
